What's Hot
What's in at the minute?...
Time to change your wardrobe, summer is here. There are many new designs that have been released on the catwalk. London fashion week has just happened and it has opened up various fashion opportunities for young adults raring for new clothes to wear this summer. Catwalks are here to give people ideas and help people have the opportunity to experiment with what they wear.
At the moment Topshop is the most fashionable and unique high street shop for young adults to purchase there clothes in my opinion. They have a range of clothes to suite everyone and there needs. Topshop is different to places like H&M and Dorothy Perkins, it has its own style and it takes ideas from the catwalk and calms it down for an average person to wear on an everyday basis.
Here are some ideas for what you can do to keep up with the fashion this spring and summer...
Tribal - Dance to the beat of a tribal drum with modern, African-inspired pieces...
Color Blocking - Loud and proud color combinations make for a dynamic, confident look...
Jump Suits - Ready or not, the jumpsuit is back on our fashion radar...
Acid Reign - The brightest hues for spring/summer 2009...
Super Shoulder - Shoulders get super sized with peaked and rounded shapes...
Heavy Metal - Attention grabbing metallic's glisten in gold, copper and bronze...

What's in at the moment? How do I get this look?
"Colour Blocking"
Loud Proud and Dynamic colours make you get this look, use colours which go and separate them with a contrasting colour.
Don't be afraid to stand out, it the point of the look. The bright colours will liven up your wardrobe and your mood.
"Space Style"
Metallics are the main colour choice for this style, inspired by the 1960's space craze. Wear statement necklaces and glasses to provide a space feel. Whites, silvers and Navy are also very common on the catwalk.
"Tribal"
Go for animal prints with warm sunset and earth colours. Look natural as it is a down to earth look. Inspired by the African tribal wear, animal silhouettes are common on larger garments or on bags. Beads on accessories like on bags, shoes and jewellery add effect and style to the outfits.
"Nudes"
Make sure you choose the nude colours considering your skin colour. Paler skins suit darker neutrals in cinnamon and coffee, while darker complexions can wear more buttery colours. Layer up different textures of the same colour.
