Information on smoking and its effects on you.....

Smoking can easily become a habit which can lead to numerous diseases and health problems, some fatal, among both smokers and non-smokers. For this reason, smoking is banned in all public places....

If you have started smoking and want to give up, below are some tips on how....
  • Pick a date and mark it on your calendar
  • Tell friends and family about your Quit Day
  • Stock up on sugarless gum, sweets.....
  • Set up a support system
  • Get rid of cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays etc
  • Keep active
  • Drink lots of water and juices
  • Begin using nicotine replacements and/or attend stop smoking class
  • Avoid smoky situations
  • Reduce or avoid alcohol
  • DO NOT SMOKE

Use the four 'A''s (Avoid, Alter, Alternatives, Activities) to deal with tough situations
