Message from your MYP
Hi, I'm Faisal, I'm 16 years old, and live in Maidenhead.
I was recently appointed your MYP, so what I want to change is obviously what the majority of other young people want changing, and I will try my best to deliver on all of these aspects.

My 3 main policies are:
Cheaper transport
We all know that transport is becoming a big deal especially for those of us who don't get enough money to be able to pay for it, well what I want to do is reduce the cost, or what's even better would be to get the service free, however this may take me a while to achieve so I would need your full co-operation, in helping me reduce this cost for you.
More Activities
Some adults may say that all young people do is stay on street corners and "terrorise", well have they ever wondered why that is? What I am proposing to do is to hold more activities such as laser quest, or football tournaments, so we can actually have a good time in Windsor and Maidenhead!!
Media
The media refer to young people as "hoodies" or they use some other sort of negativity against us, I have talked to a journalist of the Daily Mirror, about why this is, and his answer was negativity sells, however he is now writing a guide for journalists to follow, in which there are guide lines for them to follow. E.G balance the negativity with positivity. As I am part of a South East Region of MYPs, I will be able to ask the other constituencies MYPS for help in achieving my goals and maybe organise joint activities with them.
The main South East policies are:
Abolish University Fee's
Cheaper Transport
Having Politics taught at school
