Through http://www.direct.gov.uk/ you can get free individual and confidential help to suit your needs.
Telephone- 0808 001 3219 to speak to an adviser who offers advice to all 13-19 year olds between 8am and 2pm everyday. Calls from landlines are free and don't show on a phone bill. Some mobiles are charged but advisers can call you back.
Webchat- This is not a chat room. When you click on the Webchat you will enter a one to one confidential session with a trained dviser. If you email them, they will reply within 24 hours.
Text- You can text for simple information like telephone numbers. For more in depth advice then you will need to call them. Text on 07766 413219
Textphone- If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech difficulties you can also contact an adviser by Textphone. Call on 08000 968336

Local Support
Directions is a targeted service within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead offering information, advice and guidance for young people under 19 years who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) or who are at risk of becoming NEET. For young people with learning difficulties or disabilities this support is available up to 25 years.

The team can offer specialist guidance, information and advice for young people on the phone or arrange a time to meet with you as appropriate.
