If you are worried that there is abuse and violence going on at home between family members, or are in a relationship with someone who is controlling, abusive or violent then download this leaflet for advice and other sources of support. It might be domestic abuse. Remember that you are not alone, it is not your fault (even if you have been told it is), and you can talk to someone.

PICADA (Positive Intervention for Children Affected by Domestic Abuse)
PICADA is a community based programme for children aged eight to twelve years old, and their mothers, living in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead who have experienced domestic abuse in the family setting. The groups are facilitated by staff from Family Friends in Windsor and Maidenhead and Berkshire East and South Bucks Women's Aid. Referrals will be accepted up until one month before the group starts.
