"Do you need help finding employment, advice on housing and benefits, the right course and college for you, help with writing your C.V., interview preparation, information on volunteering, apprenticeships and training? Then why not drop-in to a 'Directions' session (Maidenhead or Windsor) to meet the team and get the answers you are looking for."

It might be domestic abuse. Remember that you are not alone, it is not your fault (even if you have been told it is), and you can talk to someone.
