A person under the age of 16 who is in the area between 9.00pm and 6.00am, but not under the effective control of a parent or responsible person aged 18 or over, may be removed to his/her home address or a place of safety by a constable or PCSO.
Please note: To remain or return to the area having been told to leave is an offence under Section 32 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003, punishable by 3 months imprisonment and/or a fi ne not exceeding £2,500.
